Make home repairs easier to reach

Household access considered

We plan around doors, paths and entrances you still need to use.

A scope suited to the job

We cover the elevations and heights needed for the planned household work.

Collection after the hire

We return to dismantle and remove the scaffold once work is complete.

Safe access without forgetting daily life

Exterior decorating, repairs and home improvements often cover areas that are difficult to reach safely from a ladder. We plan domestic scaffolding around the elevations your tradesperson needs while considering how you still use the property. Front doors, side paths, gates and regular household access all matter. We discuss the job, working height and available footprint before delivery so the layout suits both the task and the home. Our established four-year private-work client base gives us relevant experience of arranging scaffolding at occupied properties, where a clear route to the door can matter just as much as access to the wall.

Clear stages from delivery to collection

You should know what happens before tubes and boards arrive. We agree the scope, required dates and expected hire period, then arrange delivery and erection. During the hire, the scaffold remains in place for the work discussed. When the job is finished, we return to dismantle and remove it. Access or parking restrictions should be raised early because they affect unloading and component handling. We also need to know about porches, conservatories, neighbouring boundaries and narrow passages so we can plan around the property rather than discover them with a van at the kerb.

Frequently asked questions

Can scaffolding be erected at an occupied home?

Yes. We plan the arrangement with daily access in mind. Tell us which doors, paths and gates must remain usable, along with any household constraints that could affect delivery or erection.

What should we clear before scaffold erection?

Please keep the agreed erection area and unloading route clear where possible. Moving vehicles, bins and loose garden items beforehand gives us safer, more practical space for handling components.

How long can domestic scaffolding remain in place?

The hire period is agreed around your project. Tell us the expected duration when enquiring, and let us know if the underlying work changes so collection can be discussed rather than assumed.
