We bring direct experience of delivering scaffolding projects locally.

Roof dimensions guide us

We plan from eaves height, roof pitch and required platform length.

Trade appointments considered

We coordinate erection and collection around the booked roof work.

Roof access backed by previous local work

We have completed scaffolding work in Swanage and continue to serve planned roof-level projects with our mobile team. Roofing repairs, solar installation and gutter work each use the roof edge differently. A roofer may need working space along the eaves, solar installers need access aligned with the panel elevation, and gutter trades need a level platform along the affected run. We use the roof pitch, eaves height and required platform length to scope the structure. Lower roofs and limited ground space are also discussed before delivery.

Fit scaffold visits around the trade booking

A platform has little value if it appears after the installer or roofer. For work in Swanage, we ask for the trade appointment and expected duration before arranging erection. We also agree where components can be unloaded and how they will reach the scaffold footprint. The structure remains for the planned hire, then we return for collection once roof-level work is complete. If the trade discovers a wider repair or moves its appointment, tell us promptly so any change can be discussed before the booked return.

Frequently asked questions

Can one scaffold support gutter and fascia work?

It often can where both tasks follow the same roofline. Tell us the full scope before erection so we can assess the required platform length, height and working space.

How is solar access aligned with the roof?

We use the panel elevation, eaves height and roof pitch to plan the platform. Lower roofs and the route used for installer equipment also affect the arrangement.

What if the roofer changes the appointment?

Contact us as early as possible. Erection and collection are planned around the supplied dates, so programme changes need to be discussed before either visit takes place.
